Refund Policy for DaneTrades.com

Thank you for choosing DaneTrades. You can create a DaneTrades account for free. Cloud trade copying requires paid account licences, with a minimum of 2 connected accounts for $20 per month.

Account Creation and Licences

Creating a DaneTrades account is free. There is no free cloud copier trial. To connect trading accounts and start copying, you need account licences billed at $10 per connected trading account each month. The minimum setup is 2 connected accounts for $20 per month. Each Telegram channel also uses 1 account licence slot.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, unused time, or remaining subscription periods.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including refunds or remedies where required by law.

Cancellations

To cancel your subscription and stop future billing, go to My Account, then Subscriptions, then View Subscription, then Cancel.

If you cancel, future payments will stop. Your license and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in the billing cycle, except where required by law.

Payments / On Hold

If you set your subscription status to On Hold from your account subscriptions area, no further payments will be taken while it is on hold. Your license and access will remain valid until the next billing date. When you reactivate the subscription, billing resumes.

If your subscription is placed On Hold due to a failed or missed payment, we may retry the payment within 30 days. Any payments successfully collected after a failed-payment On Hold status are not refundable, except where required by law. To cancel, see the cancellations section above.

A subscription can remain on hold for a maximum of 2 months. After 2 months, the subscription will be cancelled.
